1. Product Feeding

• The product is positioned centrally to ensure smooth wrapping.

2. Film Attachment

• The operator (or automatic arm) attaches the stretch film to the beginning of the product.

3. Setting Wrapping Parameters

• Set the wrapping parameters through the machine's touchscreen control panel.

• Parameters include ring rotation speed, conveyor speed, film tension, overlap ratio, and number of layers.

4. Wrapping Cycle Start
