We can use this machine for smaller to larger pallets. It can Reduce Packaging time and also Labour cost.   
 

Pallet Wrapping Operation Process

The pallet wrapping process is designed for simplicity, efficiency, and secure load stabilization. Here’s how the operation typically flows:

1. Pallet Loading

• Place the palletized load centrally on the turntable using a forklift or manual pallet jack.

• Ensure the load is stable and properly positioned for uniform wrapping.

2. Film Attachment

• Pull out the stretch film from the film carriage.

• Manually attach the stretch film to the base of the pallet to secure the initial wrap.

3. Setting Parameters

• Set the required wrapping parameters through the machine control panel.

  • Adjustments can include the number of bottom and top wraps, film tension, wrapping speed, and number of layers.

4. Wrapping Cycle Start

• Press the "Start" button to initiate the automatic wrapping cycle.

• The turntable begins rotating, and the film carriage moves up and down according to the preset parameters.

• The stretch film covers the pallet uniformly, binding the load securely.

5. Film Overlapping & Tension Control

• The machine automatically maintains proper film overlap and tension during the wrapping cycle to ensure load stability and film economy.

6. Wrapping Completion

• Once the pallet is completely wrapped, the machine stops automatically.

• The operator cuts the film manually (or automatically if the model supports auto-cutting) and secures the film tail.

7. Pallet Unloading

• Remove the wrapped pallet safely using a forklift or pallet jack, ready for shipping or storage.
